I am an international scholar specializing in social enterprise, social entrepreneurship, social impact, and social and solidarity economy enterprises and organizations (SSEEOs).

My research includes how social enterprise can be defined in different national contexts and how SSEEOs can support national/regional/international economic and social development through policy implementation. As an active member of academia, I also conduct research on the role of universities in creating social impact through social entrepreneurship.

Previously, I was a Researcher in Social Innovation and Impact at the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact (ISII) of the University of Northampton, UK. I also served as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Northampton between 2018 and 2020.

Before joining Northampton, I did my Ph.D. at the Organisation, Human Resource and Management (OHRM) Group, Warwick Business School (WBS), University of Warwick, UK between 2013 and 2017 under supervision of Professor Marianna Fotaki and Professor Juliane Reinecke.
